So I want to watch the last 2 episodes of this series - http://www.drunkandondrugs.com/episodes/ but I don't live in Canada. The first 4 episodes can be found by just doing a simple Google video search.

I've been told to ask my Canadian friends. I said "buddy, I don't have any Canadian friends. eh?"

So is there a way around this block? Is it legal to go around this block? Why is it blocked?

It's blocked for copyright reasons. That website needs to see a Canadian IP address to allow playback of the videos.
