I love Foxfire, but I hate what I just had to do. All was good, but suddenly, for some reason, everytime I clicked in either the URL or Google window, Foxfire reported an error and shut down. I went to their web site and figured out that I had to re-download the app and start a new profile. I did that.

Unfortunately, ALL OF MY BOOKMARKS ARE GONE!!!

Is there somewhere I can find them or is there a way I can get them back?

Or am I just screwed? Forever wondering if there is a bookmark that I am forgetting to visit once in a while?

you might weish to try to look at

C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

you might wanna look and see if the bookmarks.bak file contains your missing links...

for future reference you can export your bookmarks to save them somewhere safe incase mozilla craps out in future.

What version were you running? Perhaps you want to try an older version?

I was wondering why anybody would be talking about a $1,000 PCI testing card in the internet forum.
