Hello, fellow forum members! I have experienced maybe one or two phishing attacks in the past (maybe five years ago), but in the last 24 hours, I have had no less than three emails that have purported to be from two of my favorite sites (one of them posed as Amazon.com and the other two emails purported to be from a bank which issued one of my credit cards). The email purporting to have originated from Amazon.com stated they were performing account maintenance (and urged me to confirm my account information), while the other two purporting to originate from the credit card issuing bank's site stated that my passcode for the site had been reset and that I had last logged into the site yesterday (which I had not!). The biggest clue these fraudulent emails had in common were that the recipient address in the header did not match my email address. Has anyone experienced a similar spike in phishing emails?

Yes, for decades now...do not respond. If you feel creeped out, change your passwords.

Go read them. Look who posted them. Look when they were posted. I didn't post absolutely every one I got. Just trying to giving a good representation of all the different styles/types/etc.
