I'm a long time user of Firefox and recently upgraded to version 5 a week or so ago. Since then a particular function of the Google toolbar no longer works. Before the update, when I opened a new tab there would be 9 thumbnails of the websites I most often visit and a list on the right side of recently visited websites and so forth. Now that I've updated when I open a new tab it's blank and I've been looking for a way to get it working like it used to for 3 or 4 days now.
Is there a registry hack, or a change to about:config that would get this working like it used to? I've been told it's one line in the Google code that needs to be updated, but am not sure what that would be. If it's as simple as updating an install.rdf file let me know which one it is, the file path, and I'll be all over it.
I'm running Windows 7 Professional in case you need to know.
