My brother in law had installed a CCTV DVR with internet remote viewing capabilities.
But after a couple of days, the DDNS hosting account (DynDNS.com) will automatically blocked or deleted.
(reason given by the DDNS hosting service is due to abusive updates.
This is a description of what my brother in law has,
(living in Singapore)
ISP - Singnet Business Broadband
Modem - 2Wire from 2700HG changed to 2701HG
(modem doesn't have DDNS hosting capability)
DDNS is hosted in the DVR pointed to DynDNS.com account
DVR is set to Static IP address.
Question puzzling is how this abusive updates occur?
