I used to build websites "way" back in the day with Frontpage but I haven't touched site building software in years. I need to get a WYSIWYG and template site building program that is not going to cost me Dreamweaver prices. Nothing really catches my eye when I look on the web, any advice?

Nvu is probably the best you are going to do. It is free. To my. knowledge there is not a lot of WYSIWYG applications that are less than Dreameawver.

Nvu is no known as KompoZer.
