Hello everyone. I am in the security business an we install access control, IP cameras, NVRs, security systems. All of the systems we install are IP based so as you know everything communicates on the network and all of them have SDK's, Scripting, TCP/IP , DLL , ASCII , SNMP, BACNet interfaces. Problem is the last time I programed was in 8 grade and it was in Apple BASIC.

All of the systems work great on there own but I have some ideas to have them work together. Does any one have any interest in this? Could someone point me in the right direction.

This might give you an idea of what i am talking about

Sounds like some interesting work -- are you planning on hiring a full-time programmer or maybe a temp employee? Another possibility would be to donate some of the hardware to a competent programmer in exchange for writing some code.
