It isn't downloadable from Sun, it appears.
http://www.sun.com/download/index.jsp?tab=2 doesn't have 4 listed.

So I guess I was wrong :-\

From the page that Kybo_ren originally linked to....

Quote:
New in this updated release of the IDE, which is based on the widely acclaimed NetBeans Platform, is the inclusion of a Model-View-Controller based application framework and associated tools. This accounts for vastly improved developer productivity, along with the IDE's superior performance and extensive features and functionality, supporting J2SE, J2EE, and Web service development. It also comes pre-configured with the Sun Java System Application Server 7 (formerly Sun ONE Application Server 7), which is the premier platform for developing and delivering J2EE based applications and standards based Java Web services.

Existing Sun ONE Studio 4 update 1, Community Edition users who wish to continue leveraging the advanced Enterprise tier capabilities can download the free evaluation copy of Java Studio Standard 5 update 1. Developers who prefer to continue using a free IDE and only require J2SE and Web application development capabilities should download the NetBeans open source IDE.

If you're doing J2EE/JSF/UML work then get the latest version of Sun ONE. Last time I checked (and I'll be checking again soon), NetBeans
didn't completely support JSF ie. there is no RAD development tool.

I'm going to try and get my boss to purchase a few Sun ONE licenses here shortly. It is pretty damn sweet. =)
