I'm not sure this is the right place for this but it seemed the closest. I'm almost a complete novice when it comes to webpage design so please excuse the noobness in some of my questions and terminology if I use it incorrectly.

Is it possible to serve a webpage inside of a webpage? I've got a site that has multiple buttons across the top where each one takes you to a different .html file under the same domain. The one exception is for the button for the blog. That button takes out clear out of the first domain into a blogspot.com page. Is it possible to have the blogspot page served in a frame in an html file served off the first domain?

Thanks!
