I have hit a snag.
My script works.
Problem is that users may have a different location of the file we need to update.

The script is as follows:
x=msgbox("JVM Update Complete!" ,0, "JVM Updater")
Const OverwriteExisting = True
Set objFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
objFSO.CopyFile "\\pidwdlsvts0010\AdminInstalls\BjoRn\IE8\jvm.dll" ,_
"C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll", OverwriteExisting

The problem is destination will be
C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll
or it could be
C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.28\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll

Is there a way to skip if path does not exist and use the next one? Or create the path anyways and drop the file in both locations?

Thanks this forum has been much help.

Or if at possible
something like this:C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator %\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll
a wild card perhaps?
Thanks

I'm having trouble reconciling, "I have hit a snag" with "My script works" and here is the problem.

What are you actually trying to accomplish?

According to Wikipedia, JInitiator functionality has been folded into Java 6. Why not just use it?
