Maximum PC

I've been using a DAS Keyboard Professional for the better part of the last year and three months, and to me, it feels a lot like some of the older-style IBM keyboards, and offers a great clickety-clack feel and sound to it. So far I haven't had any complaints about it whatsoever. However, does this mean that this is the best mechanical keyboard? Anyone have any bad experience with these? Anyone else feel that it's a good long-term keyboard that will last from PC build to PC build? Let's hear what you guys think about how this keyboard has changed your typing or gaming habits.

My Model M feels almost just like my friend's Das. The Model M made me a faster typer.
Both the Model M and the Das have already lasted for longer than the cheap keyboard that came with my desktop, and it appears that both will last for several years yet.

I know one of the instructors over at 3D Buzz uses the Ultimate version of the DAS, and he seems to think it's the best tool he's ever used. Although I know that there are people that complain about the loud noise that it makes, but at least I know that when he writes a program, you will know it.
