Is there a program to rip/copy the audio portion of a Flash Video (FLV) or MP4 file to an MP3 or even a WAV file?

(Free preferrably, but am willing to pay if it does a good job--Does MP3Encoder or Audacity do this?? Heard of them, but never tried them.)

Format Factory will work exactly as needed. It will strip away the video portion leaving the audio only as .mp3! And it is FREE!!
