http://www.SysInternals.com to generate the appropriate logs.
Windows Diagnostics (General)
--Open Files, DLLs, Running Processes
If you have not previously downloaded any utilities from SysInternals, you should do so now. Download the following utilities and extract them into C:\UTILS folder
HANDLE .................

LISTDLLS ...............

PSTOOLS ................

Next, download the following script and run it. It will create 5 logs which you can post here (as attachments) or email to whomever is assisting you with your problem.

A good location for this script is: C:\Scripts
Windows Diagnostics (Networking)
--Connectivity and Network Settings
The followig script does not require any 3rd party utilities to run successfully. If you have 2000, XP or later, it will run just fine. It will create 4 logs which you can post here (as attachments) or email to whomever is assisting you with your problem.
Networking Diagnostics Script

A good location for this script is: C:\Scripts
NOTE: Depending on who you are providing the information to, you might want to consider obscuring some of the details, as IP addresses, computer name and other information will be provided in the logs...
