I purchased AntiVir Premium several times because the app counts each time it is installed and I have performed a clean install quite a few times while using Windows 7 Beta and RC 32bit and 64bit. I recently tried to contact Avira requesting that they reset my serial or provide me with a new one so I don't have to keep purchasing their product. I sent two e-mails and only received an automated response. I waited one week before sending the second e-mail.
Because I received no additional response, I went to their forum to request help. I was given the e-mail address I already had and read that I was to send additional info. I did and still no response. I went back to the forum and complained a bit more. No response. Since May 14 2009, I sent at least three e-mail with the requested info and have yet to receive a response from customer support. They take my money as payment for their product and give no support.
Angry and frustrated.
