It seems that one Ultra 750W X2 owner got a bit of a surprise when he look under the label of his 750W X2…he found a 550W label. No word as to why there is a 550W label under the 750W X2 label but we had a similar issue crop up during our Ultra 750W X2 evaluation.
Ultra will offer a free replacement upgrade to our new X3 850W power supply (ULT40312) to anyone encountering this issue regardless of warranty status. If affected by this issue, please call 888-222-5487 or email
