I've never RMA'd a card to EVGA but my 9800gtx is dying. I arranged for an rma. My one concern is the big graphics sticker on the card its pulling away/ I'm wondering if they'll consider it physical damage. Are they that anal retentive.

As long as its not a Serial/Part number sticker or a sticker that says "warranty void if removed" then you should be fine.

If it's that sticker that says warranty void if removed, don't worry about it. As long as it is still on there, EVGA will replace the card. That sticker comes off/is barely hanging on all the time. I've had to RMA one other video card, an 8800GTS, and that sticker fell off. I put it in the box with the card and a small hand written letter telling them the sticker fell off, but that was it and I didn't want to use tape or something to hold it on there. They replaced the card as usual.

no the warranty sticker is kosher. Its the big decal that has the graphic on the top of the card its peeling away in a few spots. I called evga they said not to worry. Figured I would check though.

everything went fine new card should be here tomorrow. Thanks the invisible pink unicorn. Can't run crap on a 6200le.
