I recently updated a version of MS office to a full version and I still show the trial version in my heading bar. I wrote MS and the vendor with zero reply. Help I want what I payed for or my money back!

This the beginning of the email receipt that I received.

Thank you for ordering from MSOCON-BuyUSA on 11/19/2008. The following email is a summary of your order. Please use this as your proof of purchase. If you paid by credit card, please look for DRI * Microsoft Office on your credit card billing statement.

Did the keycode and activation produce any errors or anything of this sort?

So it wouldn't accept the keycode right?

Did you pay with a Credit Card? If you did, What vendor did you purchase this from? It sounds like you got scammed into purchasing an illegitmate version of Microsoft Office.

Ok before I get into the doom and gloom part. Did you un-install the trial version before upgrading to the full version? This seems to be a common error when you try to use the full version without uninstalling the trial. This sounds alot like the issue you are having and it may be the needed fix.

Now onto a gloom scenario. I to would be interested in where you purchased this upgrade from. The 3 links I have found that match MSOCON-BuyUSA have been scams and identity theft. DRI is Digital River Inc. its a E-Commerce Solution for Software Publishers and the MSOCON is MicroSoft Office Conversion. A quick BBB check turns up that seem to be a reliable company so the issue would not be with them. So my guess is what ever company you purchased from used Digital River to handle the CC transaction.
