they rock. their customer service people are so cool about stuff. I had to send in a 9600 that went bad and started spewing out orange squares and they sent me a new one almost no questions asked.

They have American tech support. That and their lifetime warranty (for as long as you own it, no questions asked), is why I will keep buying from them. Maybe if some companies (dell and hp, I'm looking at you) would follow them, things wouldn't be so bad.

i will vouch for them, and then some. when i ordered a evga 8800GT from newegg about 9 mo. ago, it said it came with a DVI to VGA/d sub adapter and mine didnt ship with one. within 4 days they sent me 2 of the adapters and a $10 off my next EVGA purchas, i will be comming back to them. also, they send rebates mad fast.

I agree evga rocks. I'd pay more for a product to go with them (not a lot more mind you but enough)

I agree that EVGA kicks ass big time, but there is one caveat to their lifetime warranty. You have to register the product within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, it's only one year.

And one other caveat, if you can't/don't have the invoice, they won't do anything for you.

Newegg's emailed invoices make that easy to fix. I love EVGA, I wish they made ATI cards instead of XFX.

They messed up my last EVGA vid card, though.

I ordered a 9800gtx from the egg. When I got it, it was labeled as a 9800gtx, right down to the part number on the serial number tag.

Turns out it's actually a 9800gtx+

I'm not complaining, though.
