My HP laptop's primary HD died on me last week. I have 2 months left on my warranty so they agreed to replace the hard drive free of charge.

It took one week for the whole process of sending in my laptop, them swapping the hard drive and then sending it back to me. All shipping was next day UPS and on their dime.

It would have been quicker if I had a credit card. They would have shipped me a new drive to swap and then I'd send them the old one.

I've had this laptop for 10 months now and I've been please with it's performance and now with it's support.

Good, glad to see a company doing what they are so post to do. Did you ask about a warranty on a drive? I herd most company's warranty a part for up to 3 months if your close to the end of your warranty.

I really love their LCD monitors. The price is good, the color is awesome, they look great.

The only thing that I would change about them is make the body less shiny and more... not smudge attracting, but hell for the price and the quality I cannot say a bad word about them.
