i got a Dell M1210 last year and a extended warenter so im good until feburary 2009.
Last month my CD drive just died, when i boot up i get a white screen warning. When Dell sent out a repair technician to fix it he looked at my house, apparently didnt like it and went out to his car to call his bosses. I told him id try to clear a better space and check up on his every few minutes. When i saw done he was gone.
I called Dell and they said that the guy said their was no place to work.
So fas forward a month.
I told them point blank technicians could only come over on the weekend, its the only time i'm home. the techs never call, if they do come over its durring a weekday unannouched, when ive told them point blank "I WONT BE HERE" so what are my options?
