 Post subject: Asus Customer Support :-(

1. Asus mobo failed 11-16-04
2. Called Asus and sent it back week of 11-21-04
3. Asus called 12-2-04 asking if upgraded mobo was ok
4. I called (number and extension left on machine) back 12-2-04 saying upgrade was ok but will I need to format?
5. Wondering what is going on, called back 12-7-04. Turns out they never got my calls so they were going to expedite it the next day (Wednesday).
6. 12-10-04 - still nothing, called back talked to Feha (who left message about upgrading), it's sitting in shipping. I ask for supervisor ... get a mouth-load from her, keep asking, she says they will call me (I HATE THAT!). She said shipping messed up, I said overnight it, she said they can't do that, I hang up.
7. 12-11-04 - No call from any one ... they better call on Monday, to make sure I called them and left a message.

1 week from an email date is average for customer support from anyone. The fact that you left a voice message that is never reliable anyway. I'd try and do email when you communicate with vendors or techs.

Email? Well I got my board last monday and no one ever called me. I called back on Friday and got a supervisor. Magicaly, I got a call from some body, but I was asleep. They e-mailed me to see what I wanted but I told them I already spoke to a supervisor. Seems like they need to work on there communication.
