My understanding is that depending on the warranty - that they first try to have it repaired, and if its not repairable then they will either:
A) Ship the identical combo
B) Ship an equivalent combo
C) Offer a credit to be used to purchase a replacement set...

If your warranty lets you skip the repair part of it - then you can contact Customer Service when you setup the RMA and request #C since the keyboard/mouse combo is no longer available...

:)
My pleasure - I had a RAM stick go bad on me - and called em up - told them how I actually would just rather have a store credit of some sort as I actually didn't really "need" any more PC2100 RAM lol

They told me that that was not a problem for them - and I put it towards some new cabling for my system...

They were REALLY helpful - but it did require a phone call - as the e-mail responses always seemed a little automated to me...

PS: Thanks for the comment Ath - means a lot ;)

They will probably replace it with an equivalent product like a new logitech keyboard.
