They're in the pound cuz the really screwed some people over. Recently they held a contest to make
a pair of custom 3D glasses, to try winning some cool prizes from Nvidia. Well, they took all the submissions, and then when voting began, they changed their mind on how to do the voting and never notified the participants who weren't fans of their facebook pages. That definitely deserves time in the pound and a good thorough smack upside their heads. This really screwed a lot of people out of votes, since they had no idea you could vote via facebook unless they were fans of the Section 8 facebook page. Here's the original statement of rules:
UPGRADE TO 3D GAMING WITH PREJUDICE™ CONTEST RULES
TIMEGATE STUDIOS, INC., A TEXAS CORPORATION (referred to herein as "SPONSOR") IS THE SPONSOR OF THIS CONTEST. THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHICH ARE: (i) OVER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE ON THE DATE REFERENCED BELOW AS THE START DATE FOR THE CONTEST; AND (ii) WHO ARE NOT RESIDENTS OF THE STATES OF NORTH DAKOTA, VERMONT, CONNECTICUT, OR MARYLAND IN THE UNITED STATES ("ENTRANTS"). If you are under the legal age of majority in your country of residence, but are (i) over the age of 13 years of age and a resident of the United States of America, and one of your parents or legal guardians must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agree to these Contest rules with your entry, and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Contest rules on behalf of you and themselves. If you reside in the States of North Dakota, Vermont, Connecticut or Maryland in the United States, you are not eligible to participate in this Contest. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the format designated below. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, its parent, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. There is no cost to enter or win. Offer void where prohibited. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address from which the e-mail was sent.
Sponsor, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
2. Contest Period.
The Contest shall commence April 29, 2011 at 12:00 AM CST (the "Commencement Date"), and shall continue in duration until 11:59 PM CST May 31, 2011 (the "Deadline"). Judging will commence June 1, 2011 at 12:00 AM CST, and shall continue in duration until 11:59 PM CST June 8, 2011. All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win a prize.
3. Entry in the Contest.
To enter, a qualified entrant must submit their full name, email address, state of residence, and photo of homemade 3D glasses

Note that your submission must be submitted prior to the end of the last day of the then current one week judging period to be considered as a potential prize winner for that particular one week judging period. Your submission must be your original work to qualify as a submission to the Contest. Each submission shall be submitted subject to the following requirements:
1. Photo must be at least 1024x768 in resolution; and
2. Photo cannot exceed 3 MB in size.
* At the end of the Contest, Sponsor shall determine two (2) qualified entrants who has not yet won prizes to receive a prize. Two (2) qualified entrants will be chosen as the “Grand Prize Winners” for that judging period, and each will receive one (1) NVIDIA 3D Vision Wireless Glasses Kit worth $149.00, one (1) ASUS ENGTX460 Direct CU worth $229.99, one (1) 23” LG #D LCD Monitor W2363D worth $449.99, one (1) copy of Section 8: Prejudice worth $14.99, and one (1) Section 8: Prejudice poster signed by the TimeGate dev team.
* Two (2) qualified entrants will be chosen as “Runners Up” for that judging period and each will receive one (1) copy of Section 8: Prejudice worth $14.99 and one (1) Section 8: Prejudice poster signed by the TimeGate dev team.
No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted. All prizes are awarded "AS IS."
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. Prize Winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility before they can receive their Prize. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Sponsor shall choose ten candidates from all entrants who have submitted a qualified entry to the Contest which has not previously been chosen by Sponsor as a winning entry until the last judging occurs on May 31, 2011. Candidates shall be chosen by Sponsor at its sole discretion based upon which entrants display the most original, authentic, and accurate, and compelling submission. Sponsor shall choose the winning photo from selected candidates based on the number of votes that a submission receives from viewers of the submissions on Sponsor’s website located at http://www.warisprejudice.com/community. Votes for each submission may only be registered by viewers who have registered an account with TimeGate Studios. Based on the number of Votes received, the winning submissions to the Contest will each be determined by the Sponsor
. The decision of Sponsor is final. Prizewinners will be notified by e-mail within fourteen (14) days thereafter. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification.
6. General Release.
By entering the Contest, you release Sponsor, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, to the extent permitted by law.
The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
