Webroot,on window washer/spysweeper, because they get five out of five cows from tucows. this would needs more cows.

Thumbs down: Belkin, for including a dont ingest warning on all their cables in the store(staples) because of the lead content. Why you lead so much??!?
HP, for including compementary spyware on new pcs they sell (addbot much?) seriously, i did a scan on a few of them with spybot.
Epson, for having five different droplet sizes to choose from ranging from 8 to 3 picoliters. Too bad that Cannon offers one size on competive printers: 1 picoliter.

Thumbs up: Acronis,for making a product that is both easy to use,as well as fairly priced.(TrueImage 10 Home -it's a hard drive imaging program-is only $32 at Newegg.) Even their higher-end package, True Image 9.1 Workstation, is just $80.(for 1 license).

Also thumbs up to Deepdiscount.com,for offering a wide selection of products (from DVDs to books,to audio CDs..) at amazingly low prices.

I've got to give another thumbs up to Newegg.

Thumbs DOWN:
FedEx - Delivered my laptop AND a desktop to some random person across town, both times, left it at their door w/o checking after telling FedEx to check for ID. Have to watch the Tracker all day to babysit them.
HP - DV8000 AC Adapters heat up at the connector and eventually melt the rubber coating causing sparks then fires. Horrible replacement and service. Length of problem: 1 year. AC adapters: 3.
Apple - Apple only, cant be used on anything unless its apple. Break the code to get the songs you BOUGHT from their store.
EA- Sure your games are fun, BUT GOD DAMN LISTEN TO YOUR
Also agreed. Cant play CNC3 on a gamers laptop. same crappy answer. No real customer service, just a FAQ list and parrots for FAQ tech's.
UPS - Fast, on-time (usually always early). Actually delivers my packages to my house.

eVGA - Great products. 680 SLi lite with 2 motherboard fans, awesome cooling when combined with other fans.
NVIDIA - 128MB AGP card GeForce FX 5200, 3yrs old, still beats some newer cards, has no fan might I add. It is not being overclocked either (Managed to get +150 MHz core clock without problems, and i have no cooling fans, just one Desktop Heatsink fan that sucks out hot air - NOT SUGGESTED without proper cooling; Preferably, ALOT of cooling!)

It arrived on time, whats the problem? Delays happen because someones an idiot, primarily, a person gets run over by a train, train cant mvoe until a police report and forensics come out, because someone always gets stuck on the tracks. Thats my guess. Happens all the time.

It arrived on the scheduled day, so theres no problem.

Ever here of burning off a music cd of what you purchased and then importing it in to replace what you had there? It burns off the disc w/out DRM. Just like when you purchase one at the store. Btw, what's the first half about? I don't get it. Don't down a company simply because you don't know how to use their stuff.

dude. Anything made by apple is only use-able by apple. The only thing you can do to the computers without going to customer service is upgrade the video card (no way is Appler compatable with ATI) and put more RAM in.

You can only use apple OS on APPLE prebuilt computers, which, btw, can use windows xp but Windows computers (even prebuilt) cant use Apple OS

You cant even build an Apple-based computer from scratch.

They claim its quality control. Apple is an evil monopoly. At least they have good shipping. Customer services? Who needs that when there arent any known problems with the computer until its fatal?

The first half of that post is bull, plain-and-simple. Have you ever looked for ATI or nVidia cards for MAC? They do exist in many places. You can do many upgrades to Macs without having to go to Apple.

Let's see, so far I've jammed the following into my PowerMac G4 without going through Apple's customer service:

and following will be going into it (and not bought from Apple either) once I come up with some more skrilla:

Sonnet Presto Gigabit Ethernet PCI card


Who said you need to go through customer service to do any upgrades?

Thumbs way up for Newegg and Hauppauge. Ordered a new HVR-1800 PCI-E tv tuner on Saturday,Oct.13. Shipped out on Monday, Oct. 15th.It'll be here on Wednesday,Oct. 17th via UPS 2nd Day Air. (The reason I'm so impressed is I was expecting UPS Ground,and Hauppauge gave me UPS 2nd Day Air.Woohoo!!)
