It says, 10-14 weeks to process your rebate check on the rebate form, and if
you submitted your rebate in August or september , now it;s about the time
your rebate check to show up.
There are many reason why customer doesn't received their rebate. Many of
those who wrote on the forum, some of them are from our competitor, Some of
them are not even the customer who purchased product, some of them they
never submitted the complete documents, only I would say few of them who got
approved but move without notify SOYO, so they never got their check to
their new address.
Many things may happen, that is why we neeed to look into each case to tell
who's right who's wrong. If SOYO doesnt do why they promise, you think we
would be in business for such a long time?
