Still no response here either. This doesnt seem like an isolated problem either. Anyone know how we can go about getting the rebates or the next step to take? Classaction lawsuit sounds like the right phrase, lol.....i think thats the right word. I wonder how many people nationwide are getting screwed by this.

I just got done sending them email #1 asking the status of the rebate and mentioning that I know this is happening to more then just a few people and where they can find the forums about our problems. I will post back when i hear my automatic response saying they are working on the problem...

Doh! I thought I posted this email from last week, but I didn't. In any event, I wrote them and they replied that I need to wait 12-14 weeks from the postmark date. 14 weeks for me will be December 20th. Here is their email:
"Please allow 12-14 weeks from the postmark deadline date for your rebate form to process. The post mark date we assigned for your rebate form is above the line where you provide your name. In the meantime, please continue to check your status during the time frame. If you have not received your check 14 weeks after postmark due of program
let us know and we will take this issue from there.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Best Regards,
    Rebate Department
    SOYO Inc."

After it's been 14 weeks for all of us, I say it's time to stir the sh*t.

Okay, I'll be generous here. I'm pretty sure I sent mine in about the same time as one4, so I'm going to be patient  until the new year. Then look out Soyo...

So far both of mine are humming along quite nicely. My first P4 build. To be honest, it sucks and i wont build another. Put a 2.26 533 with 512 of RAM on here and it takes an extra 10 seconds loading RVS then my XP2600+ does. As far as gaming with BHD and RVS my 2600+ kicks this P4's ass. Both have same HDD, RAM, and vid card, lol. Both have updated drivers of course. The AMD just runs alot better.

maybe, we should take a poll of how many people did the rebate thing and how many are still waiting.

This doesn't look good: http://forums.dealcatcher.com/m_236885/tm.htm

I'm filing a report with the BBB, but I predict it will turn out that we all grabbed our ankles while Soyo showed it's love for us, prision style. They're rated an 'F' at BBB:

On behalf of my nation, I hereby declare war on Soyo. Now where's their stewpot so I can p*** in it?

The address the rebater lists, is that a physical address or a mail drop? If physcial, aren't there a couple of forum users that live in the nieghbourhood? They can go knock on the door for us.

And find where they keep their stewpot.
