Maximum PC

EasyHome gyped me off about a month ago...

this is a rent-to-own company, so most rip people off anyhow, but:

- when I returned my notebook PC in fine order, the counter guy said:

- here's $160 out of your $215... then I asked about it

- he mumbled something about the $15 processing fee, and something about the computer setup being deducted (ok, they are not supposed to even charge for setup or re-installation of anything)

So I got ripped off approx. $40... And to boot, the computer is an off-the-shelf piece of work, no box, no manual, no nothing but the power cord and computer...
- when I used the computer and returned it, the first thing They asked:
"Was there a problem with the mouse?"

Ok, so they rip me off, and try to sell me a faulty piece of eqipment! I reported them to both Microsoft and the Complaint centre, yet nothing was done... When I contacted the complaint centre, guess what? They were still asking me "So, what seems to be the problem?"
- must have repeated myself 4 times before I got anywhere... such a place shouldn't have dense people working in it. I am only saying this to get the word out. They already lost this customer.

"Get exactly what you want, for as long as you want..." yeah right... I requested they give me some manuals for the computer, the answer of course "we keep everything you don't 'need' cluttered around"... also, how can you explain the missing $40 when it didn't account for anything?
And upon return of the item, the stupid idiot manager didn't give me a reciept or reason for this $40 loss.
I personally don't care what you do to them, just don't tell them I sent you.

Any point on commenting-- since nobody even bothers to
make a comment, such as:

- MAN! THAT WOULD SUCK BIG TIME!
