I am a small computer store owner in Michigan and I always do 'test' buys from companys that are offering something useful at a cheap price. Up until recently this has worked very well for me as I find some very good suppliers this way...
Then I found Cybertron International, and I did a 'test' buy of a small item (like always) and this time it was a "business suite cd" that was selling for 29.00 no shipping or handleing... I made that order on 6/29/2004 and the next day they debited my business card for the 29.00...
Now 2 months later I have made 6 phone calls to this company about this item and they ALWAYS apologize to me for the mistake and assure me that they will correct it immediately...
I have heard this sh#t now six times and this has become a matter of principle for me to let EVERYONE know not to deal with this company as I could only wish that I am the only one burned by these people but I am sure there are many more.
