I understand this isn't a PC company but several of my packages comming through DHL/Airborn Express have constantly arrived late. I was waiting on a hard drive for outpost.com and I paid for two day air. The package didn't arrive for another two days after it should have. Also on several times when i have ordered items off thinkgeek.com they have delivered the product late. One time saying that i was not at home at the time when they delivered it. However there was no note on my door saying "we missed you" nor did they ever stop by cause they said they were there at 4:30PM when i was sitting on my front poarch that day from 3:30 to 5:30 talking with friends. Maybe im just spoiled that when i order from fedex or UPS it always arrives on time with no problems. But I have never had a good experence with airborn express and then yesterday they said they would deliver my harddrive to me at a certian point, but when the driver arrived back at the shipping docks before they could page him to redeliver they didn't even bother to call me to let me know that they wouldn't be comming. This company will never see my business again if i can help it.

Did you get refunds for your shipping expenses?

I ordered something off of amazon paid extra for quick shipping and when it didn't get there on time I wrote them an e-mail and they refunded my shipping costs.

DHL just drop the packages right by the door.......UPS and Fedex usually knock first then leave the package....

Thats what DHL did when I order a 600$ camcorder. They just left the package by the door. They didn't even knock and my wife was home at the time, so she was expecting the package. :x
