the story began on april second. i ordered a hat from rock star
since i love thier energy drinks. in a timely fassion, i had recieved notice that my order was processed and shipped the next day. they said allow one to two weeks for shipping so i watied. after 3 weeks, i emailed them and in resopnse, i get "please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping." aggirvated, at this, i promptly reply to recieve info on my pruchase. the next email seems to actually been looked at (to my amazement) and not just an auto reply. according to this email, well, how about i just link to it (click here)
as you can see, they wernt ding so well and the product was to ship next(now its last) week. today is ETA+3days for a reasonable shipping time and ETA+3 weeks from the orriginal due date. after reading thu the 'really info-packed website', i have discovered that they do not offer a return or cancelation policy and since i had my mom order it for me, i do not believe i can rescend the order even though i am a minor.
any help would be appreciated and i wil clean it up son and include full trasncriptions of all emails to and from the company including links to the company.
