Back in November I signed up for cable internet through them and one of the deals was that I would get a $100 gift card via mail but it never came. So one of the last times I was there I asked them about it and they said I had to talk to the manager but he wasnt there.

Was this in the form of a rebate type deal, where you had to mail in proof?

Compusa has been bad about their rebates.

I had 1 rebate problem with a product I bought there, but I don't find CUSA at fault for a manufacturers rebate- Mad Dog- don't expect a rebate back from them.

What are the details of your rebate?

Oh boy it was, if you sign up for cable internet through them you would get the modem for free after rebates (which i got) plus a $100 Compusa gift card via mail (never got). This was once you got your first bill for the internet.

You then got your 1st bill and was able to send in the rebate. Did you copy everything that you sent in?

Yes. Being I sent this in back in December I figured I should have gotten the gift card by February. Is it too later to get that gift card? I mean thats $100, you can buy a lot with that.

Make a stink, the worst thing that could happen is you still get nothing.
