So, I finally decided to RMA my ASUS P8P67 Pro motherboard, and sent it out via FedEx on the 5th of this month. I asked the lady at the desk when it would arrive in California and be delivered. She told me, three days. Well it is now the ninth, 4 days later, and since a little before 6:30 this morning their time, has been on the truck out for delivery. I am posting this at 7:25 pm my time. A 2 hour difference. What it says on the tracker, is that it is scheduled for delivery on the 11th. That is Monday. How the hell does it take that long for a package to be delivered? Not only do I have to wait 6 days for my motherboard to be delivered to ASUS, I have to wait for their turn around time of around 10 days, and then another shitty possible week of waiting for FedEx to get it back to me, if not longer. When they told me 3 days, I was really happy with that... But they lied. When UPS says 3 days, They mean 3 days, if not sooner. Shit I have had 2 day air stuff come in the very next day with UPS. And have alos had next day delivery come the same day with them as well... WTF FedEx? Get your shit straight or GTFO!!

soooo.... just curious why didn't you go for the advanced replacement option??

when given the option on which delivery company to choose..I ALWAYS choose UPS.

They have a program set up with FedEx for free ground shipping. And I was told 3 days to ship and deliver. I didn't have the money at the time to go with UPS or I would have.

So you sent it Fedex Ground probably from the East coast to the West coast and you think it's gonna get there in 3 days. I can tell you from a long haul truck driving perspective, nope it ain't happenning. Same way with UPS ground freight. Fedex Express has overnight 2 day and 3 day airfreight. But Asus doesn't have that deal with Express, it's with Ground, which doesn't use aircraft. I know because I'm with Fedex Express.

Fedex has been on my shit list for a long time. UPS always seems to deliver faster than expected while fedex likes play around the country before it gets to me.

They may have a "deal" with FedEx, but the law states they should suffer any costs. That, you have to deal with tech support on...or a class action.
