So I went online and emailed their support about warranty options... That was about 2 months ago. Emailed them again a month ago and still nothing. Not even someone to say, "Sorry we only carry a 90 day warranty" or something like that. They have non-existant support!! Anyone else run into this? There is no number for me to call on their site (none I can find at least) so I am stuck with only email. I hate to have to eat my $45 for the PSU...
Did they recently change their website? I could have sworn it was laid out differently just a week or so ago, 'cause my Antec PSU died and I researched Coolmax for a replacement.
I can check my manual and see if they have a phone number.
Damn, just when I thought I found another good company, I find this out about their customer service.
