After google and youtube merged, I have not been able to access my youtube account swcrusade. It still exists -
http://www.youtube.com/user/swcrusade and I do receive emails to my lango homail email address when something changes like user agreement for the account but...
Password reset requests do not get sent to my email yet it says it does. I have checked all other email accounts I have (yes, the gmail one too).
There is no real support on youtube, unless I can log in on the youtube site and ummm...I can't log in...
I have posted on the google "support forums" and tried to directly email one of the admins, and a general help mailbox I found, and waited... and waited... 3 months... and the best I have gotten so far is clear my cache and cookies and make sure my user ID is correct... Everything worked fine before they merged the ID's, and I have read that there are many others in my same situation, yet google seems to be doing very little to fix this issue aside from telling people to clear their cache and cookies...
Does anyone at maximum pc, or on these forums have a contact I can get in touch with to fix this? I don't know if maximum pc has already reported on this issue or not, but it is driving me and many others nuts. I have been asked by Angelo Licata (the producer of the Dark Resurrection star wars fan films) to upload new videos.
