About a year ago, I bought an Epson 3800 printer. It worked great for a week and then the head started banging into the side of the paper that was being printed.

I called Epson support and was connected to a real person in less than two minutes. I described the issue and the support guy said not to worry, he would overnight ship me a replacement printer along with a per-paid label to send the broken printer back. True to his word, the next day a new 3800 arrived and I shipped the defective unit back.

I have no idea what it costs to ship a 65 pound package overnight but I'd guess around 300 dollars.

If you are looking for a professional ink jet printer, I highly recommend Epson.
