Right out of the box, the HDD clicked. The thrashing clicking associated with the early death of a hard drive.
Sent it in no problem. Customer service quickly gave me an RMA # via email. Like within an hour. I was impressed!
Two weeks later and no emails, I was getting a little irritated. So I emailed them and within two hours, I received an email saying it was on the way with a tracking #.
The Netbook gets back here and is in great shape. It now has a 250GB HDD, 2GB of ram and a 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN. And an apology for how long it took to get back since they had a run of bad HDD's in their netbooks. They also updated the BIOS.
Very classy and professional except for the lack of communication for those two weeks. However, since they upgraded the netbook to the tune of about $200, I can live with it! Good show Acer!
