Maximum PC

Does Maximum PC still get involved in helping customers with poor products and service. I have not seen the column in the magazine in a long time.

They took this section out of the magazine a few months ago due to space restraints, I think.

Some of us in the forums still poke and prod around, but it's usually fruitless. of late. A lot of issues are pure BS on the company (which usually closes doors days after), or a user issue the general forum can assist in fixing.

A lot of weight was lost when the Mag stopped printing it. NONE of the stuff in this forum section get's full mag support and is just us. When the mag was printing the complaints, we could actually use it for ammo when looking into issues. Now, they know that it's not in circulation and a bad forum thread isn't worth their time usually.

No one wants to be in a computing periodical complaint section in print, but NO ONE minds being complained about in forums. Just my viewpoint.
