Maximum PC

I buy an issue at a local mstore when I see articles/ programs I like. I bought the April issue and found that the CD was stuck in the Magazine. When I finally tugged it out, the ntip of one edgewas eaten away by the glue that is used to bind the mag together. Is there anyway I can get a new disk?

For this particular problem, since you don't indicate whether you are a subscriber, I suggest you call customer service at: 1-800-274-3421.

Explain to them the situation and see if they will do anything for you.

If customer service can't help, you may want to try This link. It says the subscriber number is a required field, but also states you can leave it blank. But give customer service a call first.

I'll give them a call tomorrow (3/16) and see what happens, if not, Is there anyway I can download programs/games/ apps from the website?

All the applications can be found for free on the Internet, but I'm not sure what applications are on the CD since I get the no-cd version.

Maybe someone that gets the CD version will stop in here.
