Having dove into the December issue of MaximumPC like a relapsing technoholic, I was keenly aware that something was amiss with the vintage.

In, "The Great Geek Gift Guide," I was thrilled to see the Garmin eTrex Vista C Global Positioning system in the mag. However, the baloon positioning needed a guide as well. The text baloon points directly at the Casio Exilim EXZ55 5 Megapixel Digital Camera and vice versa. Should one become lost in the guide, the baloons do not point the correct position and I have a picture of it on page 46.

Redemption is at hand however, I recalculated the positions of each balloon and drooled over text and photos in their proper place on the globe.

Just a heads up.

We've gotten more email about this goofup than any typos, mistakes, or foul ups we've ever run in the magazine.
