Maximum PC

My magazine subscription is coming from Belgium. ???
When I am located sort of in Carribean.
It always comes around the first of month ;which seems late to me
as I see/browse magazines in store weeks sometimes a month before I get it.

I called subscription department and they do not offer a priorty shipping
(extra $ of course) .

When my subscription ends I am thinking of not renewing unless I can get
my magazine earlier.

Why does my subscription have to come from Belgium?
Can MPC offer a priority shipping option for subscriptions?
