So, where do you go to respond to a Doctor question submitted in the magazine?

I want to add to the answer given in the mag.

Or you can e-mail the doctor directly (which you are probably much more likely to get a response and/or publish in the magazine since they probably read their e-mail).

Yep; we often publish these emails as Second Opinions in the Doctor column.
