I think you just about got all the good ones.
Personally Reccomend buying from.
Directron for Cases and Accessories
Newegg for everything else. 8)

Would like to add a few.

Remember, the total it gives you is the BARE MINIMUM PSU you should purchase. Shot at least 50 to 100 Watts over that to be safe for future upgrading.
