Well I'm planning on building my new computer and I have been unable to find the ASUS A7N8x Deluxe on-line but I have been able to locate the ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe. I looked at the specs and they seem almost identical w/ the exception that the -E had a couple more features.... So will the ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe be a good substitute for the motherboard?
BTW Here are my plans:
ASUS "A7N8X-E Deluxe" nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset (Model: A7N8X-E Deluxe)
AMD Athlon XP 3200+ "Barton", 400MHz FSB, 512K Cache (Model: AXDA3200BOX)
Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series, (Twin Pack) 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 (Model: TWINX1024-3200C2)
Western Digital Raptor 36.7GB 10,000RPM SATA Hard Drive (Model: WD360GD)
BFG Asylum GeForce FX5700 Ultra
Case and Power Supply:
Antec SOHO File Server w/ built in 450 Smart Power Power Supply (Model: SX1045BII)
Thanks in advance for any and all help
Eventually I will throw another 36 gb raptor in raid 0 array, but for right now I'm strapped for cash....
Also I'm not into overclocking...
