i saw it in the mag that they got it for $160 ... I wanna know where it was acquired for that small a price? lol if anyone can link me or clarify this more for me I would be really gratefull. btw this is in reference to the PC makeovers on page 30.

This has been covered more than once, but to clarify again, it was a typo. They also made a booboo in charging themselves for the MaxIII mobo in the Uber makeover when transferring the existing board to the new build.

just curious, but why is everyone having so much trouble keeping that drive in stock? is hitachi not producing enough of them?

They are supposed to be for OEMs not for consumers right now but people are buying them up for the space..
