I am so very confused about choosing between lg E2290V, lg E2370V, lg D2342p and samsung PX2370.

E2290V is very slim, has very fast response time and contrast ratio

E2370V is an ips monitor, and I hear ips is way better than tn panels. But the response time is 14ms, and say it has a back light issue that it turns off the back light during dark scenes

D2342p offers 3D at cheap, but the reviews say the picture quality is just not good enough

PX2370 is also good, has analog RGB input but it is not ips

Please do tell your opinions

first, what do you want to do with your system, and what is your budget, the high quality panels are nice if you need the color reproduction, editing photos, video, and so on, they are also slow. Dell makes a very good one.Its considered one of the best.

the cheaper panels will work just fine and are much faster in response time, which would matter for gaming more than anything. I use Samsung right now, and also like viewsonic, I personally wouldnt own an LG.

Dell is good, but the Dell U2312HM which is the competetitor of LG E2370V lacks an HDMI port..

I am now preferring LG E2370V
