I found a good article on psus and thought I would share it with you guys and gals.

http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/410/1

At the end of the article there is a list of sites that review psus correctly. Plus they go deeper into the design aspects.

Oh yeah, I despise that! Without a full size PSU load testing machine, reviews are really just over worded unboxings. Even "Good" reviews make generalizations like "appears to be of Seasonic build" when they open it up, but that even doesn't say anything. Seasonic builds are good, but they're not ALL good. The new PCP&C are also getting lucky with reviewers getting giddy over their name and just trusting that they're the same as the glory days; they're getting a pass, not a review. If they can't spit out a data sheet at the end of a test, they're just looking at aesthetics.

Anand always does well in just about everything. Probably my most trusted site for reviews and news, while MPC is like my morning news paper. I use to really like Hardware Logic. I see they're still on the list of trusted PSU reviews, so I guess the old trusty Fast 828-4500 is still in use.

Thanks for bringing that link over bud. Not just for the education on PSU reviews, but for reviews in general. Too much focus is being put on looks over the hardware itself and that's depressing really. People coming into the hobby today may really think turds can be polished.
