X79 will support both 2011 and 1366 but still no USB 3.0? Say it ain't so! How could this possibly be?

Don't sweat it. AMD will have native USB3 support in their next chipsets A75 & A70M. Or Intel will have it in Ivy Bridge (maybe?) in 2012 (maybe?).

It sucks when you're wanting to upgrade on the high end side but want native USB 3.0.

I still don't see where 1136 support is claimed. I only see 2011.

That's just milking 1366 buyers at this point.

There's really not much to be had by buying the chipset. The memory controller is in the CPU. I guess you get a few extra sATA ports. Meh.
