I recently upgraded my pc with the following parts.

Phenom II X2 560, Asus M4A89GTD Pro, running windows 7 home premium.

The mother board has a core unlock feature and I was able to unlock 2 additional cores… :D

I’ve been using the pc for a few days now with no problems. I would like to stress test all 4 cores but I’m clueless as to what to use.

Any suggestions?

Prime95 is basically the de-facto tool to use. Put it on small FFTs to stress the CPU as much as possible. Also, LinPack is another good tool.
