I am using Asrock P55 pro MB, just got two WD Advanced Format drives.
If I use one drive everything was fine. But if I using two drives try to build RAID 0, then I can't complete the installation.
The OS I am using is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
I did try update bios, used newest Intel RAID driver, nothing help.
Can anyone here give me some solution? THX

The Intel raid driver should give you Intel's RST in your notification area to check the status. I'm not fond of it's controls, but the status is at least correct. Also, in Admin Tools->Drive Management you should be able to right click and build arrays. If not, your BIOS is more than likely set to IDE or AHCI modes rather than RAID.

How are you trying to build the R0 array?

Looks like you may have to load the raid driver via a usb thumb drive during the install. You can find it on the drivers cd or download it off the motherboards site.

I was building R0 from BIOS settings. And notificaton shows me the R0 was correct.

I'll try USB thumb drive.

Thanks for the reply. Never thought it's going like this.

If the driver is not "native" on the motherboard for raid you have to use the F6 option and manually load it.
