 Post subject: Fire Fox and Java Problems

I just switched to Fire fox. I use USAA as a bank, and they use java scripting on there website. I have gone to tools, options, web features and enabled the java and java scripting. The web site is still asking for java to be turned on. Any ideas as to what might be causeing this.

you need to download and install the java virtual machine. no big deal, just google it :)

Java and JavaScript are two completely different things. According to their faq, you need to have JavaScript enabled and accept their cookies. What, exactly, is the error message?

Java is working on your comp if you can go here and run the applet:
